Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 16, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Silverdesk LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website located at silverdesktech.com (the "Site") and the discovery-call intake process. This Policy does not apply to information collected once a Household becomes a client and is subject to the separate Client Services Agreement, though that Agreement incorporates the data-handling commitments described here by reference.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Through the Site's intake form (currently hosted via a third-party form provider), we collect: your first name; your email address (adult-child path only); your phone number; the Care Recipient's or your city and zip code; an optional free-text description of the challenge you are hoping to address; and, optionally, how you heard about us. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, or government identification numbers through the Site.
1.2 We also automatically collect limited technical information about Site visits through Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a web analytics service provided by Google. GA4 collects information such as approximate location (derived from IP address, which Google does not store in identifiable form for this purpose), browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on the Site, and how you arrived at the Site (e.g., search engine, referral link). We use this information only to understand Site usage and improve the Site's performance and content. We do not use GA4 data to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine GA4 data with the intake information described in Section 1.1.
1.3 Cookies and Consent. GA4 operates using cookies and similar technologies placed in your browser. When you first visit the Site, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. If you decline, GA4 does not load and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, GA4 loads and begins collecting the information described in Section 1.2. You may change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for silverdesktech.com, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.
2. How We Use Information
To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
To determine whether your household falls within our current geographic service area.
To maintain a waitlist and contact you if we expand into your area, if you opt to be added to that waitlist.
To improve the Site and our intake process.
To comply with legal obligations.
2.1 We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use information submitted through the intake form for unrelated third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
3.1 We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and intake process, including a form provider (currently Jotform or a successor) to collect intake submissions and a spreadsheet or database tool (currently Google Sheets or a successor) to route and store qualified leads for follow-up. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually or by their own terms of service restricted from using it for their own independent purposes.
3.2 The Site is built and hosted on Framer, a website design and hosting platform. Framer processes standard technical/connection data (e.g., IP address, request logs) as necessary to serve the Site, and provides its own privacy-focused analytics separate from GA4.
3.3 We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, as described in Section 1.2 and 1.3, subject to visitor consent. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy and, where applicable, the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
3.4 If you become a client, we may use additional third-party tools to deliver Services, including an endpoint management platform (currently NinjaOne or a successor) for supported devices, described further in the Client Services Agreement.
4. Data Retention
4.1 If your submission indicates your household is outside our current service area, we retain your contact information only for the limited purpose of waitlist follow-up, until you ask us to delete it or we determine it is no longer needed. If your household proceeds to become a client, information is retained consistent with the Client Services Agreement and our internal Data Classification Policy. If your inquiry does not proceed, we retain intake information for a limited period for internal recordkeeping and then delete it.
4.2 GA4 data is retained according to our Google Analytics account's data retention settings.
5. Your Choices
5.1 You may request that we delete personal information collected through the Site by contacting us at legal@silverdesktech.com. We will honor such requests except where we are required to retain information by law or where retention is necessary to complete a service already in progress.
5.2 You may decline non-essential cookies (including GA4) at any time using the cookie banner described in Section 1.3, or by clearing your browser's stored data for the Site. Declining does not affect your ability to use the Site or submit an intake form.
6. Security
6.1 We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
7.1 The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
8. Georgia Residents
8.1 In the event of a breach of security involving unencrypted personal information as defined under Georgia's data breach notification statute (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912 et seq.), we will provide notification as required by that statute.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated Effective Date.

10.1 Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your information, may be directed to legal@silverdesktech.com.
