How It Works

Three steps before we ever set foot in the house.

STEP 01

We talk first

A short call to learn what your parent needs. No pressure, no pitch.

STEP 02

We meet your parent

A brief introduction call before anyone shows up at the door. They hear the technician's voice before they meet them in person.

STEP 03

What We're Asking in Return

This is a two-way pilot.

In exchange for full service at no cost, we're asking for three things: honest feedback on what worked and what didn't, patience with us while we learn, and a short debrief once the pilot's done. That's it.

Is This You?

Quick check before you apply.

An adult child in or near Decatur, Avondale Estates, or Grant Park

Managing tech for a parent — or a senior in one of those areas applying for yourself.

An elder living independently or in personal care, open to a visit.

Real pain points: passwords, Wi-Fi, scams, devices that don't work right.

Someone with clear authority to say yes on the household's behalf

You, or another family member who can join the first call.

What we can't help with:

Financial account management or banking decisions, and medical device support (pacemakers, hearing aids, medical monitors). If that's the main need, we'll point you somewhere more useful during the call rather than waste your time.
